Please submit marketing approval requests through this form. Any submissions not in compliance with the marketing guidelines and/or brand identity guidelines will be denied. For reference, we have provided the following guidelines that you can download/print to support your marketing initiatives
Do not use this form to submit enrollment documents, licenses, or training certificates. These documents should be uploaded with your Participation Agreement.

Returning contractors, email HVAC@MassSave.com for your unique company re-enrollment link, or to add documents to an existing submission.

Using the Logo:
- Always accurately and appropriately characterize the program
- The Mass Save Heat Pump Installer Logo is not for use on any form of social media post
- Do not use the words “certified” or “approved” before or after HPIN or Mass Save
  - Example of non-compliant usage: “Mass Save certified installer” or “approved HPIN contractor”
- When referring to program offerings, use the term “no-cost,” do not use the word “free”
  - Why not? Even if services are offered to a customer at no cost, it is not free because the Mass Save programs are funded by rate payers
- Always include the registered mark (®) with the first instance of “Mass Save” on any collateral
