  • WMLP Old Post-Installation Quality Assurance Form

  • Customers who have already started their heat pump installations before the new rebates went into effect (August 15th, 2024) must apply through WMLP’s old heat pump rebate program and complete their installations, submitting their rebate applications and post-installation QA forms by December 31, 2024.

Customers who have not yet initiated their heat pump installations can apply for the WMLP’s: 1) new heat pump rebate program (effective August 15, 2024); or 2) old heat pump rebate program, provided they complete their installations and submit their rebate applications and post-installation QA forms by December 31, 2024. Customers who have already started their installation should apply through the old program and will be ineligible for the new rebates.
