  • The Heat Pump Leaders Network (HPLN) designation will highlight contractors that can provide an elevated level of service to produce better experiences for customers interested in electrifying their homes and buildings. HPLN contractors will offer holistic electrification to a more diverse customer base, prioritizing customer education and comprehension to spur higher quality installs, while easing access to Energize Connecticut℠ rebates and incentives. All Heat Pump Installer Network (HPIN) contractors will have the opportunity to participate as a HPLN contractor. To participate, HPIN contractors will need to demonstrate that they offer universal access to certain services and commit to certain ongoing practices.
